Baking Bread...Nom Nom Nom

For my last birthday my mother gave me a copy of Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois' "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day".

After months of ooohing and aaahing over it and flipping through pages, I finally pulled myself together and baked from the dang thing. I am so glad I finally got around to it. Easiest thing ever!!!!! There is no waiting for yeast to dissolve, and best of all..there is NO KNEADING!!! The basis is that you mix enough dough for multiple loaves, allow to rise for a couple of hours, refrigerate, and bake one loaf at a time over the next two weeks.
I started with the Boule dough and have so far used it to make a gorgeous round loaf...seriously you would think it came from a bakery and some Caramelized Onion and Herb Rolls. Yes they were as delicious as they sound and yes, we ate them all. I can't wait to see how tomorrow's bread turns out.

If I can do it, you can too. You need this book!
